How payment works with us
- We explain every step of the service and give you a free demo first.
- Only if you're happy do we ask for payment, and the service starts once your payment is confirmed.
- Payment details only ever come from one of our official numbers. If you are unsure, check the number above or message +91 88868 12288 before you pay.
What we will never do
- Ask you to pay before your free demo.
- Ask for OTPs, passwords, card numbers or bank PINs.
- Ask for access to your employer's systems, code or data.
- Let a trainer or mentor ask you to pay them directly, or to carry on outside ProInfo Tech. If that happens, please tell us.
Paying through us is what protects you: a different trainer if the first isn't right, and refunds under our refund policy. Arrangements made outside ProInfo Tech aren't covered.
