Terms of service

These terms cover the training, mentoring and free sessions offered by Pro InfoTech, accounts on this website, and your use of it. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book.

Last updated October 2026.

What we offer

  • Training: live one-on-one training, which starts once we match you with a trainer, and batch training, which opens once enough people join a track's list.
  • Mentoring: one-on-one sessions for working engineers on the stack their role uses.
  • Free sessions: occasional free live sessions, announced in advance.
Before any paid session we agree the topics, schedule, number of sessions and fee with you in writing, by WhatsApp or email. That written agreement and these terms together make up our contract with you.

Accounts

You can join with a Google account from the age of 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your account before you can use it (see children and guardians in the privacy notice). Please give your real date of birth.
Keep your Google account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use your ProInfo Tech account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or delete an account that is used to break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why.

Members under 18

Under Indian law a minor can't enter into a binding contract. So for any paid training or mentoring for a member under 18, their parent or legal guardian books it, agrees to these terms, and pays. The service is then provided to the member. Free sessions and the resources library need only the guardian's approval of the account.

Members' resources

The roadmaps, checklists and guides in our resources library are free for members and are general guidance for your own learning. Please don't copy, republish or sell them. Some link to articles on other websites, which are the responsibility of their authors. We may change or remove resources at any time.

How mentoring works, and its limits

Mentoring teaches you to do the work yourself. Sessions use practice projects, sandboxes and your own learning setup. So that you stay within your employer's rules and the law, we:
  • never ask for, or accept, access to an employer's systems, accounts, code or confidential data;
  • never do your work for you or submit anything as if it were yours;
  • never attend interviews, take assessments or sit exams on anyone's behalf.
You are responsible for following your employer's policies and any confidentiality agreement you have signed. Please don't share confidential material in sessions; if it happens, we will stop and ask you to remove it.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted before you commit and are paid in advance for the agreed block of sessions, only to the payment details on our Verify us page or sent from one of our official numbers. Your quote states whether taxes such as GST are included. Free sessions and free demos cost nothing and never turn into paid ones without your agreement.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Scheduling

Session times are agreed with you and can be moved with notice. If we have to cancel a session, we offer you a new time or a refund for it.

No guaranteed outcomes

We work hard to help you learn, but we can't guarantee a job, an interview result, a certification, a promotion or a salary. Nothing on this website is a promise of one.

Your conduct and our materials

Please be respectful in sessions and don't record them without everyone's agreement. Course notes, exercises and recordings we share are for your own learning; please don't publish or resell them.

Information on this website

Industry figures on this website come from the third-party sources linked beside them. Our own figures (such as the number of engagements) come from our records, as stated beside them. Testimonials are from real clients, shared with their permission and edited only for length and clarity.
Technology names and logos belong to their owners. We show them only to name the technologies we teach; this does not mean those companies endorse or partner with us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and the version you agreed to applies to services already booked. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
