Privacy notice

Pro InfoTech is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. We collect only what we need to reply to you, and this notice explains what that is and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

  • Callback requests: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, whether you want training or mentoring, one-on-one or batch, the technology, and any message you choose to add.
  • Free demo bookings: your name, WhatsApp number, your email address if you give it (for a confirmation and calendar invite), the time you chose, whether you want training or mentoring, the technology, and any message you add.
  • “Notify me” for a free session: your WhatsApp number and the topic.
  • Free-session votes: only the topic and the time. Votes are anonymous.
  • Your account, if you join: your name and email address, from Google. We never see your Google password, and we don't keep Google's sign-in tokens or your profile photo.
  • Your profile: that you confirmed you are 18 or over (not your date of birth); if you are under 18, your date of birth, so the guardian requirement ends on your 18th birthday; the track you are interested in, if you choose one; and when you accepted our terms.
  • Guardian approval, for members under 18: the parent or guardian's email address and, when they decide, their name, their relationship to the member, their Google account and the date. Their date of birth is checked to confirm they are an adult, and never stored.
  • Batch lists, if you join one: the track, when you could attend, when you joined, and when we last emailed the list.
  • Sign-in sessions: when you signed in, and the browser and internet address used, so your account stays secure.
We don't ask for anything else: no postal address, employer or payment details on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, hold the free demo you booked, and arrange training or mentoring; if you asked, to tell you when a free session is scheduled or when a batch you joined the list for opens; to give members access to the resources library and keep their accounts secure; and to get a guardian's consent for members under 18. We use your details for nothing else, we never sell them, and we don't send marketing without asking you first.

Your consent

Each form asks you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted for that purpose, and joining asks you to agree to these terms. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: delete your account from your account page, or email or WhatsApp us and we will stop contacting you and delete your details.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Your details are stored in a secure database (Neon, run on Amazon Web Services in Singapore), and the website runs on a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. Signing in happens through Google, whose own privacy policy covers that step. Our emails, such as guardian approval links and account notices, are sent through Resend, an email service in the United States, which receives only the address and the email itself. These providers may store data outside India. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
Only our team can see enquiries, in a private admin area. Each time a team member opens an enquiry it is recorded, so any misuse can be traced. The email that tells the team about a new enquiry never includes your name, number or message.
To stop spam, the website briefly keeps a scrambled, one-way code made from the internet address a form was sent from (never the address itself), for about 10 minutes and never more than a day. It is not stored with your details.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and demo bookings: until they are dealt with, and never longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
  • Accounts: until you delete yours. Deleting it removes your profile, sessions and guardian records at once.
  • Batch lists: until you leave the list or delete your account.
  • Sign-in sessions: they end after 30 days, or when you sign out.
  • Guardian approval links: they stop working after 14 days.
  • Votes: kept only as anonymous totals.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • delete it, and stop contacting you;
  • deal with a grievance about how we handled it;
  • act on your behalf through a person you nominate, if you die or cannot act yourself.
Members can download a copy of their data, or delete their account, at any time from their account page. For anything else, email proinfotech21@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88868 12288. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children and guardians

You can create an account from the age of 13. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, anyone under 18 is a child, so a parent or legal guardian must approve a child's account before it can be used. Until then, we keep only what is needed to ask for that approval: the child's name, email address and date of birth, and the guardian's email address.
The guardian approves by signing in with their own Google account and confirming they are an adult and the child's parent or legal guardian. We never use a child's data for tracking, profiling or advertising.
A guardian can withdraw consent at any time from their account page; we then delete the child's account. Any paid service for a child is booked and paid for by their guardian (see the terms).

Cookies and browser storage

The website sets only the cookies needed to sign in, plus one that remembers the path you choose on the home page (learning or already working) if you choose one. It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. It also remembers two small preferences in your own browser. See the cookie policy.
